If the event is canceled prior to opening and no makeup date is scheduled, a full refund will be issued within 30 days. If the event has already started and is delayed or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a makeup date will be announced, and all tickets and racer registrations will be honored at the gate for re-entry.
