POWERtube TV Video Content - Terms and Conditions Mobile Apps
Welcome to the POWERtube TV mobile application (the "App"). By using or accessing the App to view video content provided by POWERtube TV, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the App:
● Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, accessing,or using the POWERtube TV App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the App.
● Content Usage: The video content available on the POWERtube TV App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may view, stream, and access the video content solely through the App on your iOS or Android device. ● Limitation of Liability: POWERtube TV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or its video content, regardless of the cause of action.
