Kelly and Ralph Biase are the husband-and-wife team behind Titan Car Restoration, a Southern California–based shop renowned for both concours-level restorations and modern, high-performance resto-mod builds. Together, they blend engineering precision, artistic vision, and luxury sensibility to create vehicles that are as captivating to drive as they are to look at.

Ralph Biase — Founder & Master Builder

Ralph Biase is a visionary builder whose work has earned national recognition and an elite clientele spanning professional athletes, collectors, and Hollywood tastemakers. Known for bold concepts and a distinctive design language, Ralph’s custom builds quickly garnered attention, leading to a multi-year waitlist.

His rise began in 1999 when Motor Trend featured a Brabus-modified 6.5-liter Mercedes-Benz E-Class that Ralph re-engineered into a 200-mph statement of automotive craftsmanship. That same year, he earned Best in Show from Easy Rider for a custom Harley chopper, underscoring a mastery that extends well beyond four wheels.

Today, Ralph’s builds are celebrated for their rare balance of striking aesthetics, modern performance, and real-world drivability.

Kelly Biase — Co-Owner & Creative Strategist

Kelly Biase brings global business experience and a refined creative perspective to Titan Car Restoration. She previously served as CEO of Diesel Machine Works and Internet Diesel, companies focused on heavy-duty diesel remanufacturing and international aftermarket distribution.

A Los Angeles native with a lifelong passion for travel, Kelly has lived and worked abroad, including time with Gucci’s corporate team in Florence and Milan in a marketing role. Fluent in Italian, she now leads Titan’s brand development, client experience, and strategic growth, ensuring the shop’s craftsmanship is matched by a world-class customer journey.
